The concierge and reception service is available from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm every day.

The night porter is available upon request for emergencies.

Spread across the top three floors of a 16th century palazzo connected by an array of internal staircases, charming corridors and an elevator/lift, the 24 rooms vary in different look and feel and views – cocooned inside peaceful internal courtyards, opening out onto private terraces above the terracotta Florentine rooftops or surmounting the stylishly historic Via Tornabuoni. Every room has its own original features, iconic furniture and eclectic details.

All rooms are stocked with a kettle and espresso machine, HD TV, bedside phone, free wi –fi, slippers and Lorenzo Villoresi bath products. Some also have a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom as well as a shower in the bathroom. Others have private terraces.
